The 135-room hotel is being developed by distinctive Chester County PA developer, The Hankin Group with GF Management selected as property manager.

Hilton Garden Inn Exton will feature a two-story lobby, indoor pool and spa, a fully equipped fitness center and a full kitchen and bar, the Garden Grille and Bar®. The hotel meeting space includes a 2,350 square foot conference room, a 528 square foot permanent board room, pre-function space and seating area adjacent to the Garden Grille and Bar's show kitchen. The hotel is also nearby the area's best attractions including popular shops, restaurants, offices, town center events and parks and trails within the Eagleview community.
